Netti's Cookery School Cookery School My cooking course will be about learning how to present food so that your friends will be amazed.

I was trained at the Shannon College of Hotel Management many years ago but I have maintained the style of cooking I discovered then. I came second in a cookery competition it was amazing! My food is basically French cuisine but with the many time savers, I have discovered since. For example the cooking we will be doing is what would be acceptable in many restaurants, but done in a style which su

How can we achieve this is by understanding the food, where it comes from, for example do we need organic vegetables and where does the meat come from, just a bit of knowledge will be shared. My cooking course is 2 days long, giving you the time and the knowledge you need to plan, find and produce food which will become much easier and will look and taste amazing. It is as follows

Dinner: Slow cooked lamb, with rosemary and thyme. Chicken with lemon, rosemary and garlic
Roasted Vegetables
Seasonal Greens
Dessert Plumbs with the traditional spices
Chocolate torte

Section 2
Dinner:- Chicken with ham spinach and pine nuts
or Guinness lamb shank
Celeriac Bake
Seasonal green vegetables

Dessert:- Wine poached pears
Almond Tart
