Hello everyone,
After a busy summer on the farm and so many requests to come and buy our produce directly, we have decided to have a little Autumn open day. If you're free this Sunday 4th and fancy a drive, please pop over and visit us. There will be lots of freshly harvested organic farm produce for sale on the day alongside farm tours by William and Ayruveda health talks Ayurveda Centre. You will have the opportunity to meet the doctors on the day. Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots. Come for an hour or come for the day, whatever suits you. We look forward to seeing you then 😀 👋

Why not try our freshly harvested spinach with beautiful poached eggs is a real breakfast / brunch treat 😋, give James a visit from for his delicious eggs🥚

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

1 large handful spinach

1 whole nutmeg, for grating

1 free-range egg

white w**e vinegar

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 slice wholemeal or sourdough bread, toasted

Hey guys

We are looking for some volunteers next Saturday 2nd March on the farm to make no-dig beds in our main polytunnel.

We will be forming beds using mushroom compost, manure and wood chip.🌱 👨‍🌾🚜

Expect some wheel barrowing, shoveling, raking and whole lot a craic.

Nourishments, Tae and plenty of chit chat on the day!☕ 🥪
