After nearly four decades of working for others, the time has come to work for me - and for those around me, doing something both I and others can enjoy. I have always enjoyed cooking for others and now the time has come to try and take it to another level. Hence the idea for Shelly's Deli. Starting out with a few tried and true favorites, and as it b"H takes off I plan to add to the selection of items. Stay tuned in for details.
