Special for Fri, Dec 12th - Hummus with Harissa 🧆🌶️

This is a delicious hummus variant, flavored with our in-house Harissa Sauce as well as a Harissa spice rub which we made from scratch. The result was a subtly spicy, nutty, warm and comforting hummus - like a warm hug on a chilly day.

You spoke, we listened! We're now delivering twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. And we're focusing more on our salads as well, delicious one-meal salads that are filling, nourishing and delicious. Nothing fits that description better than our Roasted Carrot & Barley Salad. Highlighting the natural sweetness of the carrots, we've roasted ooty carrots and paired them with some herby-barley, arugula, toasted almonds, chopped dates and a spiced tahini dressing. Perfection!

Recipe of the Week: Creamy Sweet Potato Salad 🥔💚

It’s 4th of July week, and with a little leftover vegan cream cheese in the fridge, we knew it was time to reinvent a classic.

Potato salad is a staple at American barbecues — and here’s our healthier, plant-based take. Creamy, punchy, and herby, this version comes together in minutes and is perfect on sourdough, with lavash, or straight up with a fork. 🥄

✨ Serves 1–2
• 100 g chopped sweet potato
• 1 tbsp Tofu Cream Cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped dill
• 1 tbsp capers
• 2 tbsp minced red onion
• 2 tsp chopped pickled jalapeños (optional)
• 1/8 tsp black pepper

Gently toss it all together — and that’s it! Great for lunchboxes, meal prep, or your next picnic.

MAKE IT AT HOME: Linguine with Roasted Corn & Cherry Tomatoes
Serves 4–5

Weekend dinner plans? Sorted.
This fresh, summery whole wheat linguine is tossed in our Lucky Vegan pesto, roasted veggies, and a hint of coconut milk for that creamy kick. Perfectly comforting and completely plant-based!

You’ll need:
• 350g whole wheat linguine (we used )
• 200g cherry tomatoes
• 150g golden corn
• 1 jar pesto
• 2 tbsp coconut milk (optional)
• 2–3 tbsp EVOO
• Savory Chevre to top (optional but highly recommended!)

To make:

1. Roast cherry tomatoes in a splash of EVOO till charred, set aside. Repeat for the corn.

2. Cook pasta in salted water till al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

3. Toss pasta into the same pan with a splash of the pasta water. Add pesto, coconut milk, and stir until creamy.

4. Fold in the roasted veggies, adjust with more pasta water if needed.

5. Serve hot with chilli flakes and a scoop of our vegan chevre.

Perfect for a chill night in or your next Bangalore potluck.
