You need:
• Chicken (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, mixed herbs & oil)
• Avocado
• Eggs (I used 3)
• Sliced cheese
• Cream cheese
• Tomato
• Lettuce

How to make it:
Air fry the chicken at 180°C (356°F) for 8 minutes per side (small pieces cook fast).
Cook the eggs, slice the veggies, and assemble everything with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese & cream cheese. Add the juicy chicken and enjoy!

Ingredients (6 servings):
Meatballs:
400g ground beef, 1 grated onion, 6 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 tsp paprika, 1½ tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, black pepper, chopped parsley

Veggie sauce:
1 tbsp butter, 1 large onion (sliced), 1 grated carrot, 1 small red bell pepper (sliced), 4–5 mushrooms, 1 heaped tbsp flour, 300 ml milk, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, parsley

Topping:
Grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Method:
Mix all meatball ingredients well and knead. Divide into 6 portions, shape into burger-sized patties and lightly fry both sides. Place in a baking dish.

For the sauce: Sauté onion and pepper in butter (and a little oil), add carrot and mushrooms. When softened, add flour and stir briefly. Add milk and stir quickly. Season with salt and pepper and simmer 1–2 minutes until thick. Add parsley if you like.

Spoon sauce over the meatballs, top with cheese, and bake at 200°C / 390°F until golden and bubbly.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Cilantro & Lime Crema 🌯🔥

Ingredients

For the chicken:

1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp smoked paprika powder

1 tbsp oil (for marinade)

2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

2–4 tbsp buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

3 tbsp cream cheese

For the cilantro lime crema:

1 bunch cilantro, stems removed

2 fresh garlic cloves

1 jalapeño

4 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp lime juice

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper

To assemble:

1 cup lettuce, chopped

1 cup red onions, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 cup tomato, seeded and diced

7–8 large tortilla wraps

½ cup buffalo sauce

Method

In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, and garlic powder. Add the oil and mix thoroughly.
Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook for 8–9 minutes until fully cooked. Add the cream cheese and buffalo sauce, stir until well combined, and remove from heat.

For the cilantro lime crema, blend cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice until smooth and creamy.

Warm the wraps on both sides. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Top with cilantro lime crema and more buffalo sauce if desired. Wrap and serve warm 🌯

Mini Tacos with Spiced Minced Beef Filling 📌 Recipe to Save

Hey foodies,
how cute are these little mini tacos? 😍 Filled with spicy minced beef, bell pepper, and cheese — easy to make and soooo delicious. Perfect for parties, snacking, or as a fun dinner idea!

✨ Ingredients for approx. 20 pieces:
🌯 6 medium tortilla wraps
🥩 500 g minced beef
🌽 1 small can corn (drained)
🫑 1 red bell pepper
🧅 1 red onion
🧄 3 garlic cloves
🛢 2 tbsp oil
🌶 1 tsp sweet paprika
🌶 ½ tsp hot paprika
🌶 1 tsp curry powder
🌶 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
🍅 400 g chopped tomatoes
🧀 150 g grated cheese
🧂 Salt and pepper

👩🏻‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Use a glass or cutter to cut 4–5 small circles from each wrap (approx. 7–8 cm diameter).
2️⃣ Finely dice the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Drain the corn.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a large pan and cook the minced beef until crumbly.
4️⃣ Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté briefly.
5️⃣ Add chopped tomatoes, corn, and spices. Mix well and simmer covered for 5–10 minutes.
6️⃣ Fill each mini wrap with 1–2 tbsp of filling. Arrange the wraps upright as shown in the video (between two glasses so they don’t fall over). Grease the dish.
7️⃣ Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
8️⃣ Serve with a dip of your choice (e.g. sriracha mayo, sour cream, guacamole, or yogurt herb dip).
