Who ever it may be,they must understand,the very fact,that Colorado is the product of California.How?
The Southern California' s sea shore plains ,atmosphere,and the moisture from the that part of the Pacific waters join together to form Clouds for summer precipitation over the high pressure plains at lower attitudes and Orographic rain falls over the birth place of Colorado river. Then every one may ask a question? How could California directly the cause ? I have the evidence ? It is a shocking one.If the media's or the Interior depart ment ask me i am ready to place before them as well as to the public.
Even the solution to get back the river also at the hands of California.i am writting a story from my imagination.
Blaming climate as the cause for this drought is the misimagination.Fosdil fuel born Co 2 is travelling in the sky all over the planet Earth.Iy is not solid structure to affect only South Western region for the last 2000 years.Will it be a scientific and acceptable one.

The 1922 Colorado agreement had been constant until the Colorado river had been flowing,feeding the 7 states.From 2000 onwards because of a significant reason ,it could not get the summer rain waters as usual.
Since the authorities has been believing ,the cause for this lack of rains as,Climate change and expected every year ,with the strong belief ,that the conditions will change on the comming years.Nearly 22 years had gone the situation had become worse than in the beginning.
At this critical moment,without taking any steps to find any way to get summer rain falls,in the past years,the interior department,now has been pushed to take strong action with orders to the states.
In midst of these condition ,i like to say that the cause for the lack of rain falls ,in the fast 22 years is a significant reason ,on which Climate experts did not focused thier attention till date.I am ready to explain to the interior department and solution to get back the Colorado river ,as it was before 2000.

Every body regarding the 22 year ,US only defending the climate change as the cause,and donot come with a solution to get back the Colorado river back as it was before 2000,with summer rain falls.
The important issue is the South eastern Pacific is not supporting the summer Convectional rain falls in the plains and Orographic rain falls in the higher attitudes.
l Due to lack of these summer rain falls from 2000 ,instead of moisture mixed warm air reach the slopes,for rain falls and to delay the snow melting,only hot air move from the high pressure plains of California State to the Colorado Rocky regions.
So the Colorado river is need of summer rain falls for it's sustainability.My idea is based on this reason to get back the Colorado river by a new system ,that no where in the world tried so far. If the Interior department of US desired to hear me,i am ready to explain it.
My innovative idea is not based,in ,cloud seeding system,but based on the current natural system.
