Celebrating Women’s Power on International Women’s Day: A Tribute to the Women Driving Smriddh Kisan Wal FPO’s Success

At Smriddh Kisan Wal Farmer Producer Company Limited (FPO) — proudly known for our brand AraValli’s Pride — we are not just promoting agriculture but also nurturing women’s empowerment by creating opportunities for women to become self-reliant and skilled entrepreneurs. Our FPO is based in the Rath region of Alwar, renowned for the famous Rathi cow, and we take immense pride in being a symbol of growth and sustainability in this region.
One of our key initiatives is the establishment of multiple production units led and managed by women. These include:
Bakery Unit: Where women craft delicious and healthy cookies with love and dedication.
Pickle Unit: Producing traditional and flavorful pickles made from authentic recipes.
Ghee Unit: Delivering pure and high-quality ghee that carries the rich taste and tradition of our land.
Spice Unit: Preparing fresh and aromatic spices, like the famous Kota coriander and other regional specialties.
Oil Unit: Extracting pure and renowned oils like the celebrated Alwar mustard oil, known for its unmatched quality.
These units not only provide employment but also help women learn production, quality control, and business management skills. The involvement of women ensures that the products retain the authentic flavors and traditional touch while maintaining high-quality standards.
Beyond production, we focus on equipping women with the knowledge and skills required for modern and sustainable farming practices. Through regular training sessions, we empower women farmers to adopt innovative agricultural techniques, improve productivity, and enhance the quality of their produce. This not only boosts their income but also strengthens their role in shaping the future of agriculture in our region.
