Caveat document submitted on E-Court portal

As an Indian Citizen, i am ashamed about not getting justice on the below mentioned petitions. I am constantly trying for this since November 2019. I trust Narendra Modi government. Also I am thankful to Anil Kumar sir (Dysp) for accepting my petition and did all the necessary formalities immediately on 1/11/2019 night. Sir also greeted our product quality since his family was a regular user. If I am not getting Justice I feel sorry to the Kerala Police department for telling the truths. I can understand your helpless situation.

ദൈവത്തിൻ്റെ സ്വന്തം നാട് എന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു സംരംഭകൻ്റെ അവസ്ഥ. ഒരുപാട് കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് വെല്ലുവിളികൾ മറികടന്ന് 2015 ഡിസംബർ ൽ തുടങ്ങിയ സംരംഭം. 4 കൊല്ലം കൊണ്ട് bank statement പ്രകാരം 8 കോടി രൂപയോളം turnover ചെയ്ത സ്ഥാപനം. 2019 ൽ 18 ഓളം പേർക്ക് ദിവസ വേതനം കൊടുത്ത സ്ഥാപനം.തിരുവനന്തപുരം നിന്നും കൊച്ചിയിലേക്ക് വികസിക്കാൻ ഒരുങ്ങിയ സ്ഥാപനം. 2019 നവംബർ ൽ market ൽ duplicate bills ൻ്റെ സാന്നിധ്യം കണ്ടെത്തുകയും അത് GST il filing നടന്നതും അറിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ police station ൽ petition കൊടുത്തു. 2022 nu മുമ്പ് ഒരു പാർട്ടിയിലും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു സാധാരണ പൗരൻ ആയ എനിക്ക് police station ൽ എല്ലാ തെളിവുകളും കൊടുത്തിട്ട് ഒരു FIR പോലും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. ഇന്ന് 2024 ൽ എത്തി നിൽക്കുന്നു ഒരു നീതിയും കിട്ടാതെ. ഈ സ്ഥാപനം 2020 ൽ പൂർണ്ണമായി നിർത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. നാളിതു വരെ എന്തൊക്കെ എവിടെയൊക്കെ ഇതിനായി ശ്രമിച്ചു എന്ന് ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.

മരണം വരെയും നീതിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ശ്രമിക്കും. ജീവൻ അപകടത്തിൽ ആണെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ് കൊണ്ട് ഇത് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഇനി സംരംഭകരകാൻ സ്വപ്നം കണ്ട് ജീവിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കേരളീയർക്കും ഈ അവസ്ഥ വരരുത്. സംരംഭകർ ഉണ്ടായാലേ നാട് മുന്നേറുകയുള്ളൂ. വിജയിച്ച ഒരു സംരംഭകനും ഒരു ശക്തിക്കും തകർക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത സുരക്ഷിതത്വം നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടാകണം. സംരംഭകർ തൊഴിൽ നൽകുന്നവർ ആണ്. സർക്കാരിന് നികുതി നൽകുന്നവരും.
