Love of food & cooking and the entrepreneurial spirit brings Prachi Gupta & Nisha Jajodia together on this exciting journey of Yellow Apron. They believe in finding the balance between food indulgences and healthy options. To complement scrumptious confectionary and baked items, they decided to add healthy juices, smoothies and savories; thus, identifying themselves with Homemade Specialty Foods.

Prachi Gupta, a telecom engineer by education, was budding with the spirit of entrepreneurship as she established her home-based confectionary “Que Que”. After 5 successful years, she decided to experience motherhood full-time. While teaching her son, she discovered her love of teaching and decided to pursue it professionally. She challenged herself to pursue a course in child education with Cambridge, U.K. and a B.Ed degree from Mumbai University. She has taught at two of the most prestigious schools in Bombay – Oberoi International School and Podar School. In her latest avatar, she adds yet another chapter in her life – starting a homemade specialty food business.

In this endeavor joins her Nisha Jajodia, who has been a tireless entrepreneur for 30+ years. She has done it all! Right from managing a videocassettes library in the 80s to leading a garments manufacturing factory to successfully running a full-service catering business named “Aap Ki Rasoi”. After successfully running the same for 10+ years, catering to an elite clientele including hotels like The Taj, she decided to take a much-deserved break. She is very excited to restart her new innings with Prachi.
