In September let’s meet on Monday 4th at 6.30 to cook special smocked cheese recipes with a taste of southern France !!
Grant is bringing some beautiful smocked cheese from Oregon so let’s enjoy all the flavors !!
We will make an asparagus and cheese pie, a potatoes salad with chicken and smocked cheese and onion soup. Let me know if you want to join us!!

Thursday august 10th halla bread, peach summer salad, caponata
Tuesday august 15th aïoli and my grand mother grilled potatoes, summer fruit pie
Thursday august 18th soupe pistou pesto pasta and ratatouille
Tuesday august 22 nd focaccia bread, tomato pie, fruits crumble
Thursday august 24th tomato crumble, risotto, tarte tatin
Tuesday august 29th country bread, ratatouille and pesto soup
Thursday 31 st tomato pie, summer salad,fougasse bread and peach crumble
The class starts at 6.30pm and the price is 4000 yen per person. Let’s cook and eat dinner together !!

Thursday July 13 let’s cook eggplant carpaccio, ham and mushrooms crêpes béchamel and roasted pineapple
Monday July 17 th Tahiti’s recipes with poisson cru raw tuna in coconut milk, shrimp curry and chocolate coconut cake
Thursday July 20th special bread and quiche class with fougasse, quiche and summer salad.
Thursday July 27 th Italian recipes with minestrone soup, antipasti and vegetables lasagna.
Monday July 31 th Provence recipes with ratatouille, summer tomatoes pie and chocolate almond cake.
The class starts at 6.30 pm at my house and the price is 4000 yen per person with dinner included.
