On Friday last week, Ahero Organic Flavor, as a major business and community development stakeholder, attended the International Day of Persons with Disabilities organized by MIRAL Welfare Foundation at Kolunga primary School . The event was held under the theme: "Inclusive Community with Accessibility Rights of PWD" .Other key activities included a tree planting exercise and an exhibition for cross-learning and exploration.
We set up our business exhibition tent alongside other business and community development partners to showcase our work and products, promoting the cassava value chain. We emphasized the importance of including Persons with Disabilities in order to complete the business opportunities within the cassava value chain.
Additionally, we sensitized interested farmers, particularly those with disabilities, about the benefits of farming and encouraged everyone interested to register through the link shared below:
