Healthy school snack with only 3 ingredients:
Banana,Arabic bread or ( tortilla) , peanut butter.
Banana is a healthy source of carbs while peanut butter is a very good source of protein.
Their combination will help children replenish the energy they lose at school and will keep them full.
For extra flavor you can sprinkle with honey,jams or cinnamon ...

1.Spread peanut butter over the entire surface of the bread or tortilla.
2.Place Banana in the middle of the bread and roll it.
3.optional : slice in pieces
