TYPES OF MATCHA🍵
Ceremonial Grade ,
is the highest quality matcha, made from the youngest tea leaves with stems and veins removed. It has a vibrant green color, delicate sweetness, and smooth taste, traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies.
Culinary Grade ,
is slightly more bitter and less expensive, making it perfect for cooking, baking, lattes, and smoothies. While lower in grade, it still retains beneficial nutrients and flavor.
