Requirement for Hiring a Local Sports Teacher and Coordinator
We are currently looking to hire a local Sports Teacher who will also take responsibility for coordinating all related sports activities, educational trips, and major school events.
Main Responsibilities
The appointed teacher will be responsible for:
• Coordinating all sports tournaments and fixtures throughout the academic year.
• Managing and supervising students during all matches held after school at different school venues.
• Accompanying students to away matches and ensuring proper supervision, safety, discipline, and communication.
• Coordinating and managing all arrangements when outside schools visit MIS for sports matches and tournaments.
• Assisting with and coordinating the major tournaments that take place on Saturdays after the completion of each sports season.
• Coordinating all educational trips, including planning, communication, logistics, transportation arrangements, and student supervision.
• Supporting the organization and coordination of all major school events and activities throughout the academic year.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The candidate should:
• Be a local teacher based in Myanmar.
• Have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Be capable of independently coordinating sports events and school activities.
• Have strong organizational, leadership, and good English communication skills.
• Be willing to work after school hours and on Saturdays during tournament periods.
• Have experience in inter-school sports coordination and student supervision.
Sports Specialization Requirement
The teacher must be a specialist in at least one major sport area, preferably:
• Basketball/ Football
