❤️As my last week of 2025 comes to a close this Friday, I just want to pause for a moment and say thank you.

🙏Thank you to everyone who visited my page, sent a message, shared a post, asked thoughtful questions, or simply cheered me on quietly from the sidelines.

And especially thank you to the first customers who trusted me enough to place an order before everything was perfect, polished, or fully figured out.

Starting something like MoDipain 🍔🍞is exciting… and a little terrifying. There were late nights, second guesses, flour-covered counters, and moments where I wondered if anyone would even care. And then you did. That means more to me than you know.💖

Every order that went out wasn’t just a package — it was encouragement. A reminder that people are craving food made with intention, honesty, and heart💕.

That wholesome, plant-based, gluten-free bread has a beautiful place in this world.

This week doesn’t feel like an ending to me. It feels like a quiet beginning. And I’m deeply grateful you’re here for it.🙏

From my kitchen to yours — thank you for being part of this first chapter. 🍞💚

It’s wonderful to know that MoDipain has exceeded expectations. Thank you Stephanie. 🙏❤️

Every time I'm in my little kitchen with a cloud of sorghum drifting through the air, I remember exactly why I created MoDipain. I was tired of buying gluten-free bread that crumbled faster than my willpower on a Sunday morning.

So I decided to make something better — something real — and share it with anyone who’s ever felt betrayed by a slice of “gluten-free” cardboard.

Here’s what makes them truly different:

✨ Wholesome Ingredients

No fillers, no starch bombs, no mystery powders — just grains your body actually understands.

🍞 Bread That Doesn’t Taste Gluten-Free

Soft inside, golden outside, slices that hold together like they actually mean it.
Honestly… it still surprises me sometimes.

💚 Nourishing for You & Kinder to the Planet

Whole grains, seeds, and fibers that support your gut — all in a plant-based, sustainable way. One loaf at a time, we can tread a little lighter.

👨‍🍳 Small-Batch, Hand-Mixed, Made With Heart

It’s just me in here — mixing, proofing, baking, and saying a little “thank you” under my breath with every order.
Nothing factory-made. Just someone who loves good bread.😊

How to Store Gluten-Free Bread:
Because gluten-free bread does not contain preservatives and is more prone to drying out or spoiling quickly, I always recommend storing it in the freezer. I very rarely store my gluten-free bread at room temperature.
Freezing Gluten-Free Bread:
• Let the loaf cool completely before slicing. Slicing too soon traps steam and can make the bread gummy inside.
• Slice the whole loaf, then place parchment or wax paper between slices so you can pull out only what you need.
• Store the sliced bread in a freezer-safe zipper bag or an airtight container.

To Reheat Gluten-Free Bread:
• Let slices thaw at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.
• Toast straight from frozen, my most commonly used method, personally.
• For a warmer, softer texture, microwave a slice for 15 to 20 seconds.

Why are gluten-free products more expensive than conventional products?

The price of a product depends on its supply and demand.

Gluten-free products are more expensive due to the higher costs of production, including smaller batch sizes and the expense of manufacturing in separate facilities to prevent cross-contamination.
• Smaller batch sizes: Because the market for gluten-free items is smaller, products are manufactured in smaller quantities compared to conventional products, leading to higher per-unit fixed costs.

• More expensive ingredients: Gluten-free flours are often a blend of more costly ingredients like rice, corn, tapioca starch, and other alternative grains and starches, which are not as abundant as wheat.
• Complex recipes: Removing gluten, a natural binder, requires adding other thickeners and binders to achieve a similar texture and structure to conventional products, increasing ingredient lists and complexity.
• Lack of subsidies: Unlike wheat, the primary grains used in gluten-free products are often not heavily subsidized by governments, further increasing their base cost.
