Mr Tan Swee Peng and late Mdm Foong as early as in year 1969. Their four wheeled stall had been stationed
by the road side in front of the old market
since then till the relocation to the new market. The Balik Pulau old market had been relocated to a new site at Jalan Tun Sardon since 15 Dec 2007, near to Rapid bus station. Google Map
