🧤 顶级老饕的终极目标：黑刺 (Ochee / D200) 如果你觉得猫山王已经是天花板，那是因为你还没试过黑刺。它最初来自槟城，现在是全马公认最珍贵、身价最高的品种之一。不是天天有货，真的要看运气（和钱包）够不够厚！

🧤 极致的感官冲击： 黑刺的果肉是深橙黄色的，肉质非常结实，但入口却比丝绸还要顺滑。它的味道层层叠叠，先是强烈的甜，然后带出一股类似陈年美酒的发酵香味。这种“重口味”的复杂感，真的是试过一次就回不去了。

We only collect fruits that naturally fall when they’re perfectly ripe, and we use organic farming methods to keep our trees healthy and our durians top-notch.
