Tuile with Love A delectable french cookie freshly baked out of the oven topped with nuts This love affair started all the way from Paris.

A bit of a cliche I know, but it began on our honeymoon when we accidentally found this little patisserie (bakery) around the corner of Gare du Nord train station. They had a box of tuile in so many different forms carefully packed in a pleasant little box. I was so excited, hence the start of my little journey with tuile. Each piece of tuile has been carefully baked with passion and love for the art of patisserie for those who devour it.
