I bought the egg tart specifically to try this out. no shame.

custard, pastry, pistachio butter. that's it.
no recipe, no steps, nothing fancy.
just a good tart and 3 ingredients in a jar.

doesn't matter what time of day it is. doesn't matter if you just ate.

shio pan + pistachio butter was the right call.
