马来西亚水产商公会 - 新闻文告：

马来西亚水产商公会（MADA）重申支持农业及粮食安全部（KPKM）加强对进口水产品的监管措施，包括要求进口产品附上分析证明书（CoA）及暂时限制部分泰国虾类进口。

我们必须强调，这项措施的核心重点是食品安全与人民健康，而不是价格问题。

马来西亚水产养殖业长期以来严格禁止在养殖过程中使用抗生素，以确保本地水产品符合食品安全标准，并保障消费者健康。本地业者多年来投入大量努力，建立更安全、更负责任的养殖体系。

如果市场长期充斥含有抗生素风险的进口水产品，不仅会影响消费者对海产品的信心，更可能对人体健康带来长期隐忧，包括抗药性问题。世界各国目前都越来越重视食品中的抗生素残留问题，因为这关系到全民健康与下一代的食品安全。

事实上，这些年来马来西亚本地养殖户并没有大幅调涨价格。相反地，每当泰国虾类市场滞销时，大量低价产品流入我国，导致本地虾价严重受压，许多本地养殖业者面对巨大生存压力。

然而，消费者却未真正享受到明显更便宜的海鲜价格，反而是大量资金长期流向国外市场。本地养殖业在长期不公平竞争下逐渐萎缩，部分养殖场甚至被迫减产或停业。这不仅影响本地经济，也削弱我国未来的粮食安全与水产自供能力。

因此，政府加强进口监管，是一个负责任及必要的预防措施。MADA认为，食品安全不能妥协，人民健康更不能拿来冒险。

我们相信，大多数消费者也希望自己和家人吃得更安心、更安全，而不是仅仅追求低价。

MADA将继续支持政府推动更严格、更透明及更安全的食品监管制度，共同维护国家食品安全及本地水产养殖业的健康发展。

2026年4月28日，星洲日报报道：

在马来西亚农业与粮食安全部副部长YB拿督陈泓缣与农业部安排下，马来西亚水产商公会会长林振泉率领理事团与中国阳江市委副书记雷玉春、阳江市领导团队交流，探讨水产养殖合作机会。

会议中，探讨了技术互补，阳江市委领导希望引入我国的养殖技术，同时提升他们成熟的海水养殖箱技术。

此外，阳江作为“风筝之城”，也期待在旅游合作上，更上一层楼。更重要的是，马来西亚政府重视养殖业，因为相比海捕，养殖是更理想的长期发展方向。

此次交流，共同推动技术与文化的互惠发展！
