The will matters especially when it's documented because then we can hold him accountable. Majority of households in Katima Mulilo are held by vendors. Even some of the people with ranks and high profiles today, come from these households, yet these people have suffered to the core of neglect.

Finally we have a candidate who do not just understand the importance of these people, but is willing and committing to do something about it by leveraging on the NDP6. Let's give him a chance, he is independent hence we will directly hold him accountable.

One of the candidates gunning for a councillor position at Katima Mulilo Urban Constituency in the upcoming polls, Shepherd Nyambe, said that his manifesto focus is aligned with the National Development Plan – NDP6.

People of Katima Mulilo Urban Constituency, do not be misled by party politics. A concerned candidate is he that writes down a manifesto, that way you can hold them accountable.

Check what Shepherd M Nyambe has in his manifesto. The young man has pure concerns for vendors and our marketeers who for so many years have been harassed and not really cared for by the council. We must note that these vendors are holding and taking care of more than 60% of families and households.

The manifesto is clear, the young man really cares, and we believe he will really do something as he has committed.

Vote for Shepherd M Nyambe, God has answered our prayers as marketeers and vendors.
