There's something quietly luxurious about a good olive oil next to the right glass of wine. This week we're spotlighting our De Rustica cold-pressed olive oil alongside a Rhebokskloof red — earthy, peppery, and just made for each other.

Drizzle it over fresh bread, a wedge of hard cheese, or simply on its own with a spoon (we won't judge).

**Did you know?** 🌿 De Rustica is grown and pressed on their own estate in De Rust, in the Klein Karoo — and their oils have picked up honours at the Dubai Olive Oil Competition, SA Olive Awards, Sol D'Oro, and most recently the 2026 NOVA Awards. Meanwhile Rhebokskloof's vines sit on decomposed granite soils at the foot of Paarl Mountain, in a wine-growing tradition dating back to the 1600s. Two very different terroirs, one very good pairing.
