The 37-year-old military president of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, has announced a decision that has sh0cked not only his country but the entire world. He has officially announced that the old way of pun!sh!ng thef.t in the country by sending them to pr!s0n will end.

‎A person conv!cted of thef.t will be arr£st£d as usual, but will not be sent to pr!son.

‎Instead, he will work under the government until he pays back the st0len money in full, and only after he pays back the v!ct!m’s money in full will the government allow him to be releas.ed
