So in this part of my state of residence let me not generalizes the entire parts of the state. It happens that once we are out of rainy season we begin to experience a seriousbwater shortage and scarcity. The issue of water Will even carry you to where you wouldn't intend entering because you are in need of it. Me personally because I have exhausted my options I know employ the service of Meruwa( those Hausa people that fetches water). Every 2days I spend 2k for this service just to have water.

Why am I narrating this issue of water?. On Friday of the passed out week, a co-resident of mine was bitten by someone's dog in the quest to get water from another compound. This co-respondent of mine is a hard worker whom without daily hardwork of sweeping and cleaning will not get daily bread.
When she was rescued but was already bitten by the dog, at that moment all she needed was anti rabies vaccine which each dose costs 15k and she is to take about 3-6 doses according to the clinic she visited. She managed to afford for a dose and was crying for help.

On the opinion to get help,she returned to the dog owner for help but all she could say is that the dog is vaccinated that they should give her from Friday evening to Tuesday afternoon to travel to her village to get the vaccination booklet as evidence of vaccination.
At this point I became sad and angry and I ask:

1. Since the woman needed an antirabies won't the dog owner give a little support without trying to prove a point.
2. When a pet(dog), is duely vaccinated, does it guarantee safety on the side of victim that ```the``` vaccine may no longer be needed?

So today I visited my friend and sister Nnoli Ujunwa at here Urban resident. She have a min or farm where she rear birds for family consumption and I tell you there is nothing like what you did by yourself . These birds were so big, heavy and matured for consumption.
