Stir-Fried Beef with Radish 🍖🥬
Ingredients:
- 250g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large radish, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Vegetable oil for stir-frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped scallions for garnish
Directions:
1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Stir-Fry the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Radish: Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced radish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
