FAMILY:Anacardiaceae
ORIGIN: Native to Brazil, Mexico,USA, exotic to India,South East Asia.
BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION: it's medium sized tree🌲, spreading, evergreen, much branded ; grows to a height of 12m.it reach 15m, with a smaller 4-6 Crow diameter.Pale green or reddish when young and dark green when mature.
The nut, which is the fruit,dries and doesn't split open.inside the poisonous shell 🐚 is a large curve seed, nearly 2.5cm long

BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION:Is a large unbranched palm, growing up to 30m(98ft)tall, with a terminal Crow of leaves.Old leaves break away cleanly, leaving the smooth.Cocunut may be tall or dwarf.Leaves are arranged spirally ,pinnate leave 4-6m (13-20ft)long and pinnae 60-90cm long
The mesocarp has numerous traditional and commercial uses
1-The husk and leaves are uses for variety of furniture and decorations.
