To the leadership of the APC in Nigeria and Nasarawa State,

I write with deep concern and disappointment over the lack of fairness and transparency witnessed during today’s primary election in Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency. Many loyal party members and supporters who have sacrificed greatly for the growth and success of our great party feel neglected and unheard.

A democratic process should be built on justice, equity, and equal opportunity for all aspirants and stakeholders. When the process appears unfair, it weakens the confidence of party faithful and discourages genuine supporters who believe in the ideals of the APC.

We respectfully call on the national and state leadership of the party to carefully look into the complaints and grievances arising from the exercise. The unity and future strength of our party depend on fairness, inclusion, and credibility in all electoral processes.

We remain committed members of the APC and hope that the leadership will take the necessary steps to restore confidence, peace, and justice among party members in Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency.

Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu storms Akaleku to a rousing welcome, formally notifying the community of his intention to purchase the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination form, while seeking their prayers and support.

The visit commenced at the palace of the Zhe of Akeleku, where he respectfully informed the traditional ruler of his ambition and sought royal blessings. In response, the monarch offered his prayers and goodwill, describing him as a worthy son of the soil.

He later proceeded to the Primary School Ground in Akeleku, where he addressed a large gathering of enthusiastic supporters, officially declaring his intention to purchase the APC nomination form.

In a show of unity, the community comprising women, youths, and elders from diverse ethnic backgrounds unanimously gave him their nod, assuring him of their full support towards the realization of his aspiration.

Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu (Turaki Duglu) has received a significant show of support from constituents who have tagged themselves as Lovers of Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu following his acceptance to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.

The ₦7 million support to the aspirant, representing 10 percent of the cost of his nomination form highlights their growing confidence in his candidacy and leadership.

In their remarks, the Lovers and supporters pledged continued mobilization of resources and grassroots backing to ensure his success at the polls. Responding, Hon. NTA LAFIA Bestows Friendship Award on Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu

Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu, aspirant for the House of Representatives, Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency, was ably represented by Hon. Aku Agbashim at the NTA Lafia Carols of Nine Lessons, held at the NTA Arena, Tudun Amba, Lafia.

During the event, Hon. Amb. Kigbu was honoured with a Friendship Award, presented to his representative in recognition of his enduring friendship, invaluable partnership, and unwavering support to the Management and staff of NTA Lafia. The award reflects the mutual respect and spirit of camaraderie he has continued to share with the organization over the years.

This recognition comes shortly after he offered a scholarship to a young lady during last year’s carol service, in addition to several meaningful donations made to the station further demonstrating his commitment to community growth and media development.

Speaking on behalf of Hon. Amb. Isaac, Hon. Aku Agbashim expressed deep appreciation for the honour bestowed on his principal. He also reaffirmed that Hon. Kigbu remains accessible and ever willing to support the station and listen to its concerns at all times.

Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu, House of Representatives aspirant for Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency (2027), attended the wedding reception of Abdullahi Adon Gari Lafia, held at Babakanka Legacies.

The reception, which followed the wedding fatiha earlier conducted at Agwar Maina, Lafia, Nasarawa State, drew a large turnout of well-wishers who came to celebrate and pray for a blessed and harmonious union.

Hon. Kigbu used the occasion to personally congratulate the celebrant and extend his heartfelt wishes for a prosperous married life.

Hon. Amb. Isaac Ali Kigbu, House of Representatives aspirant for Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency (2027) and Chairman of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Nasarawa State chapter, today attended the Regional Empowering Community Security Stakeholders Meeting tagged Benue/Nasarawa States: Promoting Peaceful Coexistence Through Local Ownership and Early Response Mechanisms. The event was organized by the Elohim Development Foundation and held at the foundation’s office complex in Makurdi.

During the engagement, Amb. Kigbu featured as a panelist, where he shared insightful perspectives on how communities can better identify individuals involved in banditry and activities that threaten societal peace. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration between farmers and cattle rearers, calling on herders to join the Farmers Association to provide a stronger platform for sensitization, dialogue, and conflict-prevention initiatives.

Other highlights of the event included group discussions, workshop sessions, and expert-led conversations. Participants at the meeting comprised security professionals, peace and conflict resolution experts, farmers’ associations, the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, and other key stakeholders committed to strengthening community security cooperation.
