ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (ONSITE)

We are looking for a competent, composed, and highly professional Administrative Officer who understands that administration is not just support—it is structure, coordination, and control.
This role is for someone who can think, organize, and execute with precision.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Managing daily administrative operations across the company
-Receiving and managing incoming calls professionally
-Responding to administrative and operational messages promptly
-Coordinating internal activities, schedules, and meetings
-Supporting HR with interview coordination and candidate management
-Managing office imprest and tracking expenses accurately
-Maintaining proper documentation, records, and filing systems
-Overseeing office supplies and ensuring operational readiness
-Supporting leadership with administrative tasks and follow-ups
-Ensuring smooth day-to-day office workflow
What We’re Looking For:
-1–2+ years experience in an administrative role
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
-Ability to take initiative and manage multiple responsibilities
Someone who understands the importance of structure and accountability
Work Structure:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Fully Onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
-Net Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
-Performance-based bonuses
