This thought has been on my mind, and I feel compelled to express it.
Pay attention, for the individuals you refer to as leaders often face challenges, yet they consistently display a brave facade, smiling despite their struggles. Their motivation stems from a desire to support and empower their followers, rather than appearing weak. They engage in dialogue with you because of their affection and investment in your personal growth. When they offer criticism, it is with the intention of fostering strength and resilience in you, much like a seasoned soldier of faith. Often, they put their own needs aside to intercede on your behalf. Many will be quick to take offense against them, but these leaders willingly absorb the criticisms meant for others. I want to urge you to take a moment to appreciate and celebrate your leaders. Consider marking a special day, such as their birthday, to show your gratitude and support. Offer them encouragement and prayers, rather than indifference. By valuing your leaders, you will find favor with God. ππ―ππ
