Sometimes, as mothers, we don’t even realise how strong we are until life pauses us for a moment.

These past few weeks, I’ve had time to reflect—on motherhood, on business, on DB’S FOODS, and on the reason I even started this journey in the first place. And funny enough, the reason has always been right beside me… my daughter.

Every morning when I watch her wake up, stretch her tiny hands, smile at me, and look like she’s ready to take over the whole world, I’m reminded of something powerful: these children we are raising deserve the best of us.
Not perfection…
Not wealth…
Just love, wisdom, and good nourishment.

I remember the early days when feeding her felt confusing.
“What is the right food?”
“What will she enjoy?”
“What is healthy enough?”
“What can I trust?”

Those questions stayed with me until DB’S FOODS was born — built from a mother’s desire to make feeding easier, healthier, and more intentional.

That same desire still wakes me up today.

So even though I’ve been quiet for a while, I haven’t stopped dreaming, planning, and preparing. I haven’t stopped thinking about every mother who is trying her best. I haven’t stopped thinking about your mornings, your toddlers, your babies, and the little decisions that shape their health.

And today, I just wanted to remind someone:

You are doing well.
Your baby is blessed to have you.
