There is this customer of mine that requested for 13 basket of garri which I deliver to her. She was supposed to make payment that night and I didn't get the alert, so the next day morning she came to my house and was complaining that the garri is not well dry and won't stay up to 3 months in her house! So immediately I called my supplier and explained things to her. Thankfully, she is understanding and was explaining that nobody has ever complained about her garri and all me I wasn't happy either' so after everything she asked me to send my details for her to transfer back my money.... Immediately I got a call for the same number of basket to be delivered and that is how I sold it to another customer "
Sometimes in business, you will get rejection over goods and complains but shouldn't stop you, keep on pushing!
