​Spice: 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes + 1 tbsp Butter + Salt/Pepper + dried Italian Herbs
​The Easy Steps
​Boil the Pasta and save a little bit of pasta water.
​In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Toss in the chopped capsicum , garlic, mushrooms and red chili flakes. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the capsicum is slightly soft.
​Pour the heavy cream and milk into the pan with the veggies. Let it bubble gently for 3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
​Turn the heat to low. Stir in the cheese and the sliced black olives and herbs. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
​Add your cooked pasta to the pan. If the sauce is too thick, splash in a little of that saved pasta water and stir well.
​Serve: Give it a final taste and add salt or more chili flakes if you like it spicy!
