Six years of opening the shop early, filling the counter, talking to customers, cutting, preparing, tasting, improving and doing things the Romano way.

A lot has happened in those six years, but the heart of the shop has stayed the same: organic meat, real craftsmanship and people who keep coming back because they know what they’re getting.
To everyone who has walked through our door, placed an order, trusted us for a special dinner or simply came in for “just something nice for tonight”: thank you.

If you thought a sausage was just a sausage, Romano would like a word

We make seven different kinds, all fresh and organic. Some simple, with just pepper and sea salt. Some with a little more character, like lamb merguez with smoked paprika or pork sausage with fennel seed
