Our Marketing and Business Development Manager, Danielle Connole scored a decent size stag from a recent hunt and she ended up with 40kg of meat from that one animal!

If you’re lucky enough to score a stag this season too, here’s a little reminder of just how much product you can get from 40kg of meat:

✔️ 26 x Black pudding logs (2kg of your meat per batch)
✔️ 16 x Meatloaves (5kg of your meat per batch)
✔️ 12 x Whole Venison & Garlic Salami (6kg of your meat per batch)
✔️ 14.5kg of Traditional saveloys (8kg of your meat per batch)
✔️ 17.5kg of Venison & cheese sausages (10kg of your meat per batch)
✔️ Back steaks kept separate

That’s a freezer full of variety, there’s something for everyone!

And it doesn’t stop there, we also offer:
Cheese kranskys, biersticks, corned meat, ham, bacon & more!!

With the roar just around the corner, you now have even more options of what to process your venison into.

You can now choose from either bone in or boneless manuka smoked ham and with our precooked cheese kransky sausage, you can choose either the plain or the hot smoked option.

Remember, if your favourite product isn't on this list below OR if you have special dietary requirements, let us know as we can do custom sausage batches for you too.

Last weekend, Rob hosted the NZDA Tairāwhiti-Gisborne HUNTS course at his property in Tiniroto, Gisborne.
Attendees were blown away by how much meat one animal yields and are pumped for their final hunt!
