Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately! 🙈 The last couple of weeks in the UK have been a bit of a whirlwind — family, fun, food and absolutely no idea what day it is anymore! 😂🇬🇧

I even found my way back into the kitchen today and made the family some biscuits to try… because obviously they need to earn their keep as official taste testers! 🍪🤣

Safe to say, they didn’t complain — although I’m pretty sure they’d eat anything I put in front of them! 😂

Normal Happy slice service will resume once I’m back in nz ( 14th September ) 😜🍪❤️

A little Happy Slice update 💛🍪

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet over at Happy Slice by Katy lately! We’ve had lots of appointments with Elliot this week, AND we’ve been busy getting ready for a very exciting trip to the UK to see my family! 🇬🇧✈️

We fly out on Sunday and will be away for three weeks — cue the excitement (and the panic packing 😂).

But don’t worry… everything is fully stocked and ready to take care of all your sweet treat needs while I’m away! 🍪🙌

And before I disappear, I’ll be out this Saturday at Coronation Park in Mount Maunganui for the big Little Big Markets! Come say hi, grab some goodies and stock up on your favourite cookies. 💕

So if you need a cookie fix while I’m off gallivanting around the UK, Patrice has got you covered! 😂🍪
