These two beauties are both (temporarily!) leaving us while they each have some epic overseas adventures. Emily will be back with us in September and Britney in October, so we have some lovely new people joining our team.

Our new Protein Porridge! Made with organic oats, h**p seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and quinoa flakes and topped with apple crumble, coconut yogurt and coconut sugar.

Have it with organic cows milk for a total of 29 grams of protein per serve, or choose a plant based milk, soy 28g, coconut 22g, oat 21g, almond 20g.
Add a scoop of lean bean protein powder for an extra 20.9 grams.

That’s a total of 51 grams of protein in your breakfast, the perfect way to start your day!

We will be opening a little later on some mornings during this chilly time of year.
We will still be open until 3pm everyday, providing our nourishing food and drinks.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we’ll be open from 8am
Thursday, Friday and Saturday we’ll be open from 7.30am
