We really enjoyed partnering with The Cheese Wheel this month to bring their cheese enthusiasts around the country our Akkawi.

If you love cheese, you must head on over to their website and check out The Cheese Wheel. Fantastic idea for cheese lovers: bringing you a collection of artisan cheese from all over New Zealand straight to your door.

We had a great time putting together this Akkawi recipe for the cheese wheelers. If Arabs had street food, mana'eesh would probably be in the top 5 for sure. Flatbreads topped with melty stretchy white cheese, olives, and zaatar. Happiness on a plate I think!
