Everything slows down to a snail's pace over winter in our orchard. This stunning bunch of Mona Lisa took six weeks from flower emergence through to the final 16th hand of fruit to show themselves. This bunch will be ready in Autumn next year and will definitely be worth the wait 😍😋🍌

It’s been a busy day in the orchard harvesting banana flowers and fruit with two tuckered out border collies to boot! We will be The Whangarei Growers Market tomorrow morning with delicious Goldfinger, Misi Luki, Hamoa and Ladyfinger bananas. We will also have freshly cut banana flowers. See you in the morning 😊

We've been patiently waiting for almost a year for the right pup to become available and he's finally here! Meet Toby. Our new banana lover and supervisor in training 😍. At 12 weeks old he has already discovered how delicious our bananas are and is enjoying frozen bananas daily to help with teething. He is showing great promise as an orchard helper and is enjoying harvesting bunches, quality control and leaf shredding 😂
