🍃 Begin oktober volgden 50 Ecuadoraanse cacao- en chocoladeproducenten bean-to-barworkshops van chocolatier mario_vandeneede.

Zo werden ze helemaal meegenomen in het proces van boon tot reep.

🌟 Lady Paredes van UNOCACE is alvast razend enthousiast over de workshop: “We leerden bij over innovatieve technieken, zoals temperatuurregeling, het malen van de bonen … Dat zorgt ervoor dat je chocolade van goede kwaliteit maakt.”
