🏅 Employment Opportunity - Security Manager, Port Moresby 🏅
Teachers Savings & Loan Society Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of a Security Manager for its Head Office, Port Moresby. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the succesful incumbent will be in responsible for planning and implementing high level security strategies for the TISA Group. This will include overseeing security operations, investigate threats, lead emergency responses and providing a high level of customer service and maintaining business relationship with internal and external stakeholders in accordance to TISA policies and guidelines.
🔰Key Requirements:
1. Tertiary Education in Business Management, Commerce, Security Management or similar
2. 5-10 years working experience as a Security Manager preferrably in banking/financial sector.
3. Must be a Member of the RPNGC or PNGDF + PNGSIA Certified.
4. Proefficient in MS Office Suite + Business Application/Tools.
5.Knowledgable in Planning, Documenting and Implementing high level security strategies.
6. High Level of Negotiation Skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
7. Commercial Security and Business awareness.
8. Good communication skills – both written and verbal
9. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further inconstraints
10. Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
11. Must be of sober habits.
