Sometimes the quiet, steady people, the ones who just listen, who don’t judge, who simply stay, bring more comfort than any advice ever could. Even if you’re not vocal, your presence, sincerity, and the way you treat others probably speak louder than anything you could say. You don’t have to talk like a comforter to be one, sometimes kindness is felt, not spoken.

Sometimes silence is the loudest cry.
Most of the time, I choose not to speak about what I’m going through, because I feel like nothing will change. I don’t reach out, even when I’m close to giving up. I know some people want to help, but I don’t want to be a burden. I don’t want anyone to see me as vulnerable or broken. So I disappear. I cry quietly behind closed doors and come back when I’ve stitched myself together again.

I heal alone. I comfort myself in the darkness. I fall apart in silence. But I still appreciate the ones who remind me that they’ll be there, even if I never ask for help.

Sometimes I disappear even when people need me. It’s not because I don’t care; it’s because I’m too tired to face the world. And to those who still wait for me, who still understand when I close my doors and windows.. thank you. Thank you for respecting my silence and trusting that I’ll return when I’m ready to fight again.

Not every pain can be explained. Some feelings don’t have words. So I stay quiet, take a step back, and let myself hide for a while, until I can breathe again.

You try to stay strong, keep showing up, and hold everything together, for your family, for work, for everyone who depends on you. But sometimes, the weight just catches up.

It’s hard when you’re running on little sleep, juggling responsibilities, worrying about loved ones, and still trying to smile through it all.

Hagit ni Duterte nga sa tanang probinsya mag-imbestiga dili lang sa Davao City ilabi na sa mga dapit nga matud pa "mahirap galawin."

Kung talagang seryoso ang gobyerno at mga independent agencies sa paglilinis ng flood-control projects, tigilan ang panggagamit ng imbestigasyon bilang props para sa publicity.

Sa Davao City, sinuyod ninyo lahat — papeles, proyekto, audit hanggang huling pako. Resulta? Walang ghost at walang substandard. Nagpagod lang kayo para magpabida.

Pero pagdating sa ibang malalaking distrito sa bansa, biglang nagkaka-selective amnesia. Ano ‘yan, allergic ba kayo kapag malakas ang apelyido?

NBI, CIDG, Ombudsman, NEDA — bakit sa Davao City lang kayo ganado? Sa ibang lugar, biglang nagkukulang sa pamasahe at pang-hotel? Kung tunay kayong anti-corruption, humanap kayo ng paraan. May eroplano, may budget, may mandato kayo — gamitin ninyo.

Huwag gawing props ang Davao para lang may maipakitang “tapang.” Kung maninindigan kayo laban sa maling paggamit ng pondo, gawin ninyo ito sa lahat ng rehiyon — pati sa mga lugar na mahirap galawin.

Nandito na kayo sa Mindanao di niyo na lang dinaanan mga project ni Cong. Dalipe na sigurado ako magaganda at pulido kasing pulido ng paglobo ng tiyan niya.
