Good day po, We'd like to remind everyone that Wednesdays are not included in our meal subscription days, even on weeks with exam schedules. Since we won't be operating on Wednesdays, no meals will be served on that day po.
🗓 Normal operations will resume the following day (Thursday), following our usual schedule.

Good News, Sunbites Parents! 👂🏻

For those who’ve asked for extra time, and parents who’d still like to enroll their child in the JULY MEAL SUBSCRIPTION, we’re opening a short extension window: today until July4, 5:00 PM only. This gives us enough time to prepare for the week ahead, add new subscribers, and print QR IDs before operations begin.

Payment must still be the full original amount of ₱2,430, settled within this time frame — no extensions, to be fair to parents who already paid on time.

Please also expect a slight delay in QR ID release, as we’ll be printing these while the canteen is running full operations. For newly fully paid subscribers who’d like to avail of meals right away but don’t have their QR ID yet, the same process applies — just go to the owner or assigned cashier and give your (child’s) name, as everything is already recorded and updated in the system.

📌 QR ID Distribution Update

We’re distributing the QR Ids in batches starting tomorrow and aiming to complete everything by Friday, July 3. 🗓️We’ve also coordinated with homeroom teachers to help distribute IDs directly to students.👩🏻‍🏫🧑🏻‍🏫

In the meantime, if our full operations begin on July 2 and your child — whether a Meal Subscriber or S-Wallet user with an existing balance on their account has yet to receive their QR ID—they may simply go to the canteen and give their name to the owner or assigned cashier. All accounts are recorded in our system. 💻🧾

📢 Sunbites Kitchen | Meal Subscription — July Update

With just two days left in June, we’d like to send a friendly reminder to all Meal Plan subscribers: payment cut-off is on June 30 so we can finalize our meal counts and prepare everything ahead of the July 2 launch.

If you haven’t settled your subscription yet, kindly do so at your earliest convenience. We truly appreciate your prompt response as it helps us plan and serve your child(ren) better.

Regarding the laminated IDs, we are currently in the final stages of preparation. Details on distribution will be posted here shortly — please stay tuned!

Sunbites Kitchen opens on July 2 — secure your child’s spot now! 🎉

To make sure everyone who successfully registered is accounted for from Day 1, all subscriptions are paid in advance. This allows us to prepare the right number of meals and get everything set up properly before we open.

Here’s what you need to know:

• 🍱 Meal Plan subscribers — payment must be completed by end of June so we can finalize our meal list in time.
• 💳 S-Wallet users — you may top up your child’s account by paying through us directly or by visiting the canteen personally.
• Don't forget to screenshot and send us proof of payments

We personally review every account before approval — we don’t auto-approve sign-ups. We take the time to make sure everything is in order and that each parent has a clear understanding of what they’re subscribing to before we proceed.
All subscriptions are also paid in advance. For meal subscriptions, this helps us plan and prepare the right number of meals ahead of time. For S-Wallet users, loading up in advance allows us to top up your child’s account in our system — With our Kitchen opening just around the corner, we’re wrapping up subscriptions and confirming payments for all enrolled students — regardless of which plan you’re on.keeping things smooth and hassle-free for both your kids and our canteen team.
