When we started baking for fun 11 years ago, (🤪😳) an earl grey tea loaf was one of our first items. It was made with whole wheat & oat flour, and one of my favorites! Since then, we have gone through a number of experiments to get the perfect gluten and grainfree blend… and now we believe the consistency is perfect!

Baking with alternative flours is always a challenge as the blend, texture and timing is so important. But every time our customers say they enjoy what we bake and are so thankful because we can switch it up based on their dietary needs, it’s also rewarding.

Long story short, 11 years later, we’ve found our perfect Earl Grey Loaf- made paleo-friendly, now with some floral lavender and my favorite yuzu to add some oomph!

Thank you to everyone who’s ever ordered from us, especially our longtime customer. May we always enjoy and savor what we eat and nourish ourselves in the process! 🍞🧡🫰🏼
