Senator-judge Robin Padilla questioned former COA-ICFAO state auditor Roderick Wamil on his familiarity with conditions in BARMM, noting his limited exposure to the situation on the ground. Wamil clarified that his role in handling confidential funds was not to conduct an investigation but to evaluate the documents submitted for audit.
