A brighter future begins with a strong foundation. ๐ฑ๐ซ
The Mead Foundation, together with United Agarwood Planters, Inc. (UAPI), proudly turned over 2 newly constructed bamboo classrooms to Masimag Elementary School through the Itayo ang Pag-asa (โIPโ) Classrooms.
Built in partnership with Base Bahay Foundation, the new facility provides a safe, sustainable, and inspiring learning environment for students, complete with furniture, learning essentials, and improved sanitation facilities.
During the ceremony, Mr. Benjamin Mead, Founder of the Mead Foundation and President of UAPI, reaffirmed the organization's long-term commitment to the community of Barangay Tagbak, Talakag. Beyond creating livelihood opportunities through agarwood plantations, the Foundation aims to support education, nutrition, and community development for generations to come.
This initiative is more than a project. It is a promise to invest in people, empower young learners, and help build stronger communities where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Thank you to our partners, local leaders, teachers, parents, and community members who made this milestone possible. Together, we are building hope, one classroom at a time.
