GRAND ASSEMBLY HELD IN TACLOBAN CITY

A Grand Assembly was convened on February 14, 2026, under the leadership of Chairman Aki Atacador, President Alpha, and the officers of the Citizens Intersectoral Alliance Task Force (CIA-TF).

The primary objectives of the assembly were to enhance the organizational capacity and strengthen the presence of CIA-TF across Regions 6, 7, and 8, as well as to formally present the alliance to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Kataguyod and the Police Community Affairs and Development Group (PCADG).

We wish to express our sincere appreciation to all participants for their attendance and active engagement. Our heartfelt gratitude also extends to the Tacloban City officers for their gracious hospitality extended to the national delegation. Their dedication exemplifies the genuine spirit of volunteerism and commitment to serving their respective communities.
