The total land hectare banana plantation has is 3 hectares with a total of 4000 banana trees planted. Our first harvest was in 2021 with a total of 10kg until our recent harvest increased to 600kg. We have marketed our fresh bananas to different vendors in our community for only 25 pesos to 40 pesos per Kilo. We have noticed the small income from fresh Lakatan that makes us concerned about the pos

sible future result of our farm. Due to this agitation, we come up with a plan to innovate our banana into a new product. This product was Lakatan Banana Flour. This innovation also concerns the health of individuals, mostly health-conscious individuals. Our main target is to give affordable healthy food to our community. Banana Flour helps us improve overall digestion, and absorption of nutrients, and reduce digestive issues like gas and bloating.
