last january 2025 sumasakit na yung tiyan ko at di na ko pinapatulog sa sakit kaya naisipan kong magpa check up kung ano bang nangyayari sakin and I found out na meron ako gallstone. At first nirecommend sakin nung doctor na uminom ng gamot pang pa tunaw and binigyan din ako ng mga pain reliever if ever na sasakit uli ang tiyan ko.

After 2 months of taking barley (2 sachets a day) naghanap na kami ng hospital para mag paschedule ng operation at naisipan naming magpa ultrasound ng panibago na updated yung ibibigay naming ultrasound sa doctor. And thank God paglabas ng result ng ultrasound ko ang sabi sakin nung doctor ay normal na daw ang lagay ng gallbladder ko at kailangan ko nalang iwasan ang mga matatabang pagkain. ❤️
