TIRAMISU LATTE RECIPE
Ingredients:
For the Latte:
1 cup brewed espresso (or 1 shot espresso + 1/2 cup hot water for a milder version)
1/2 cup milk (whole milk, oat milk, or your preferred milk)
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional, for an authentic tiramisu flavor)
1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cocoa Cream Cheese Whipped Topping:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Latte:
Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk vigorously until frothy.
Add sugar and vanilla extract to the brewed espresso, stirring until dissolved. If using coffee liqueur, add it now.
Pour the espresso into your favorite cup and top with the frothed milk.
Make the Cocoa Cream Cheese Whipped
Topping:
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Add the heavy whipping cream and continue to beat until the mixture is fluffy and holds soft peaks.
Assemble the Tiramisu Latte:
Spoon a generous amount of the cocoa cream cheese topping onto the latte.
Optionally, sprinkle with a little extra cocoa powder or grated chocolate for a finishing touch.
Serve and Enjoy:
