Lesson 1: Peacemaking Reflects God’s Heart**

Jesus doesn’t say, “Blessed are those who keep the peace,” but “Blessed are the peacemakers.” There’s a difference. Peacemakers step into brokenness and tension to bring restoration, truth, and love. That’s exactly what God did through Christ—He didn’t ignore our sin; He pursued reconciliation. When we make peace, we imitate God’s character. It may not always feel rewarding, but Jesus says we’ll be known as His children. Peacemaking is a spiritual calling, not just a personality trait. It’s choosing grace over gossip, truth over silence, and love over division.
**Prayer:** Father, make me more like You. Give me courage to be a peacemaker, even when it’s uncomfortable.
